Buffet help people.....!!!?!
im having a christening early new year !.!.and want to do the catering myself !.!.well with two of my other friends and were wondering could someone advise me a estimate of roughly how many of each items you would serve for 80 guests!?!.!.!.sausage rolls!.!.!.!.cocktails !.!.sandwiches!.!.!.mini filled croissants!.!.!.etc any help would be so appreciated its just im starting to buy certain foods frozen and wanted to know roughly how much of each i should stock up onWww@FoodAQ@Com

Plan on having 2-3 items each per person regarding the sausage rolls,mini croissants etc!. As for sandwiches,1 each should be sufficient!. Are the sausage rolls the mini ones also!? If not,one regular one should be fine!.
For cocktails,you could make a punch or several kinds!.Two lg!. punch bowls should be plenty!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

1 4 ounce dessert serving
6-8 appetizer bites per person
16 oz of non-alcoholic beverage
2 oz of chips per person
1 oz of dip per person
1 bread serving (biscuit) per person
