What will be having on Christmas day this year for dinner?!
I have been a pescartarian (the only meat I eat is fish occasionally, nearly ovo-lacto vegetarian) since April this year, but I am having a meat-loving guest for Christmas dinner this year!. I am thinking about getting a brace (2) of pheasants (free range, of course) and just eating a bit of meat on Christmas day if I like the look of it!. Will also make a nut stuffing/roast which obviously I will eat, and roast potatoes, roast white sweet potatoes, roast carrots, Brussels sprouts, cabbage, bread sauce and homemade cranberry sauce!. Turkey, bread sauce (this is essential and yummy!), sprouts, roast potatoes, mashed potatoes, cauliflower cheese, carrots, peas, parsnips, swede, stuffing and lashings of onion gravy all over the food!. That little lot should fill me up good and proper!. I can't wait!. You could add in a couple of Yorkshire puddings for good measure!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Have a look at your question, I seem to be at odds what your asking!. What your having sounds good, if that's what you want to do, well then, go with it, not me, I do not want to see another bird on my table for a god while!. I have other ideas!.
