Romantic dinner and dessert ideas?!

Question: Romantic dinner and dessert ideas!?
My husband's birthday is coming up and I want to make him a romantic dinner!. He is lactose intolerant so no dairy, on top of that he is picky, he doesn't like beef (not all red meat, just beef), he also doesn't like salmon , swordfish, tuna, but likes other seafood!.
I can cook pretty well and I always cook for him, but I want to make something different that I haven't made before so it doesn't necesarily have to be simple, and I have plenty of time to prepare!.
He also likes spicy stuff!.

For an appetizer I am either making clams casino or octopus-cucumber salad!.
I need entree and dessert ideas!.
ThanksWww@FoodAQ@Com

Lactose intolerant dessert is a little tougher!.

How about Cocounut Sticky rice with fresh mango, toasted sesame, and honey!? ( just make sushi rice, toss it with some thickened coconut milk+sugar+vanilla, slice some fresh Mango and display it on top with some toasted sesame seeds and a drizzle of honey over the whole thing!?)
How about pate a choux, filled with some fruit preserves, and coated with dark chocolate!?

How about pavlovas!? Always a great lactose free dessert, and you can fill them with anything you want!!

You can make a grilled leg of lamb for an entree and for dessert just dip some strawberries in chocolate!.

If he likes spicy foods, you could always rub a bit of chili powder on the lamb!.

dairy free dinner
brown chopped up chicken breast in a pan with alittle olive oil
in another pan roast garlic cloves and olive oil enough to cover a pound of pasta
boil a box of angel hair pasta
drain the pasta add chicken breast then garlic and olive oil over that mix and blend well so flavors go through out meal

serve with garlic bread sticks or italian bread with butter

dessert

buy a can of cherries compote type buy 2 cans and in a pan heat them with half stick butter to keep the pan moist and don't burn the cherries let them heat up in the pan add 1 cup of sugar to the mix and blend well into the cherries when their very gooey and blended and hot turn the pan off and put the cherries in a casserole dish spray the bottom and place the cherries on top give it a nice coating of oats regular oats not quick oats on top of the cherries and place the cherries in the oven for 10 mins at 350 degrees just to bring color to the oats and to crispen the cherries
serve alone or next to pound cake or short breadWww@FoodAQ@Com
