What would a Perfect Dinner consist of? What would be on the menu?!

Question:

What would a Perfect Dinner consist of? What would be on the menu?

If you could order (or make) a meal for a dinner party that would be "perfect" in your mind, what would you serve?

Answers:
Prime rib, cheesy hashbrown casserole, garlic bread and a lettuce salad. And of course a good red wine!!!

Starter:

1. Steamed Prince Edward Island mussels in a broth of white wine, garlic, shallots, lemon and coriander, served with croutons.

2. Nova Scotia smoked salmon served with red onion, capers, cream cheese on croutons.

Entree:

Roast beef (medium), yorkshire pudding, roasted potatoes, carrots and parsnips, and brussel sprouts. Served with a nice bottle of French burgundy wine.

Dessert:

Cherry cheesecake

Apertif:

A few shots of Glenfiddich scotch whisky served with loads of ice.

Start with a small salad made with Romaine lettuce, tomatos, A slice or 2 of Bermuda onion, and a couple of unpitted Greek black olives served with a vinegrette dressing and some rolls. Serve enough rolls to cover the next course as you will want them for cleaning up the sauce from the Spaghetti with a delectable sausage and mushroom tomato sauce.
Finally , for dessert , a bowl of butterscotch ice cream with chocolate syrup!!! YUMMMY

Do not forget the red wine as that would be a definite no no!!!

This is my perfect menu:

....it should be as it was I who created it!

appetizer: stuffed mushroom caps with crab and shrimp and creamcheese
salad: marinated artichoke hearts with feta and greek olives, balsamic, crushed garlic vinagrette
main course: grilled mahi mahi with a citrus aioli
steamed julienne vegetables

and for dessert:
lime sherbert with candied ginger
