What is a good party idea for a 16 year old?!

Here's a perfect fun non-alcoholic drink called "Cow Juice over Heavy Ice"!. First prepare as many glass cups as you want!. Fast rinse ice cubes halfway in the glass cups and freeze for about a half hour before using!.
