I'm throwing a cocktail party for next Sunday's ROME II on HBO?

Kabobs?
2 kinds - Veggie & Meat ones & Fruit
Make them all the day before & broil the the meat and veggie ones or BBQ if available.
Serve with different dipping sauces for each kind.
Ham Roll ups and Coctail Weiners
Ham Roll ups:
8oz pkg softened cream cheese
1 bunch of green onions diced
2 pkgs 8-10 in. tortillas
1 envelope of ranch dressing mix
1 lb. thinly sliced ham
Combine cream cheese, green onions, & ranch mix. Spread 1 tbsp. on each tortilla. Top w/a slice of ham. Roll up & chill overnight. Right before serving, slice roll ups into pinwheel appetizers
Cocktail Weiners:
4-5 pkgs coctail weiners
1 bottle of ketchup
1 bottle of beer
1/2 c. brown sugar
Put all ingredients in crockpot & cook on low for 3 hours......Serve warm
