If this is a private party in a private home and the minor is not DRINKING that alcohol!.!.!.!.there is no problem with a minor serving "drinks"!.

In a rented hall, you should abide by the laws of your state which usually bar persons under the age of 18 from serving/handling packaged/sealed alcohol!.!.!.!.Allows persons over 18 but under 21 to handle packaged/sealed alcohol and only persons over 21 are allowed to serve unsealed alcohol, to include drinks in glasses!.

What state are you in!? That is a law that will vary state to state!. Easiest thing to do would be go to the local library, or law school if there is one around, and look for the "your state" statutes annotated!. Have the librarian help you!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

As the other guys said, it depends on which state you're from!. But usually 15 year olds aren't allowed to serve alcohol!. Sry sweetieWww@FoodAQ@Com
