Mexican food does not necessarily have to be "spicy" to be tasteful, and they may enjoy the change!. I can think of a lot of "soft" mexican dishes!. Tamales, enchiladas, soft tacos, refried beans, elote (in the cup, not on the cob of course), mexican rice!. rice pudding, etc!.

Think they may prefer comfort food!? How about Chicken and Dumplings!? When I make mine the chicken just falls of the bone!. You could serve it with creamed corn!. Desserts are easy!. Just make a mousse!.

I really don't think you need that many courses!. Just think of the food you make that is soft all the time, such as baked potatoes with sour cream, lasagna!.!.!.things like that!. It does not to be "mush"!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

a tender meat (turkey, ham) with mashed potatoes and green beans!.
appetizer warm bread and butter and for dessert vanilla ice cream with canned peach slices and syrup on top!.

or stuffed mushrooms (appetizer), salad, bread sticks, ravioli, and an angel food cake with strawberries and whip cream for dessert!.

Those are just a couple suggestions!. Most of the food is soft enough to just gum through!. I hope it helps!

Meatloaf with mashed potatoes and gravy!. Maybe some green beans as a veggie!. Believe me they can eat more than you think without teeth!. My father eats just about everything with or without his teeth in!. Even like a goulash would be fine with elbow noodles, hamburger, and tomato sauce!. Serve soft warm bread on the sideWww@FoodAQ@Com
