Answers:
Lots of finger foods:
Mini Quiches, taquitos, chips & salsa, hot wings or the makings for nachos!.
Nachos you need lg!. bag of tortilla chips, lg!. can of beans heated up, bag of shredded cheese, chopped onion, chopped tomato, sliced jalapenos, sour cream, guacamole!. All this can be prepared ahead of time w/ the exception of heating the refried beans!. Bring home some ice (2bags) and put in an ice chest and throw some canned beverages in that to chill!.
Or: Crock pot some homemade chili that is cooking all day on low and have sourdough soup bowls and all the trimmings i!.e!., chopped onion, chopped tomato, shredded cheese, sour cream, corn chips and tortilla chips!. This too can be done ahead of time!. The weather is good for chili!.
Serve hot cocoa w/ whipped cream and you can throw an apple pie in the oven and it should be ready when everyone is done eating and sits to relax!. Be sure to have plenty of napkins, bowls, and utensils!.
Party favors can be done ahead as well, or just a dish of peanut M&M's in a Christmas dish is attractive!.
Hope all goes smoothly for you!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

Chinese restaraunts have this soft mini white bun that you put the sweet red pork into!.

Chop up some herbed sausages (chicken, pork or veggie) and fry them!. Use toothpicks to eat them with!.

Cut up some nice grainy home made looking bread into small pieces to serve along side your sausages or other meat dish!. Less messy!.

Have a container of baby wipes handy!. I saw that on the Cooking Channel (Sandra Lee)

Have fun!!! Www@FoodAQ@Com

What I've found to work the best is to have a taco bar!. All you have to cook really is some ground beef!. You can also do some Spanish rice and refried beans!. The day before, have all the vegetables cut up ready to go!. also instead of regular shredded cheese, they have big cans of nacho cheese at bulk stores!. Good luck!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
