Well it sounds like you have a lot of fish!. Maybe you should try some other meats and dishes, like a veggie platter, fruit platter, crackers and cheese, and dip!. no offense but i wouldn't eat the mini cakes and i don't think that most people like mustard on cakes!. Maybe you should just buy cup cakes or something!. Some people might rather enjoy an acholic drink or soda!. But you should still make the smoothies!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I'm a bit confised by some of what you've listed, but no I doubt I would eat it!. Some people, like me, are not very open to trying new unusal foods!. I would also add some more common dishes like veggies/dip, crackers/cheese, or mini sandwhiches!.
Some foods I always serve when having guests over are:
Brushetta (can tomatoes drained and lots of fresh basil, garlic and parmisan cheese)
Feta cheese in oil with basil/garlic - good with brushetta!.
Fig spread with brie cheese on crackers
Mini Spring rolls
Wraps - spread with cream cheese and a meat or veggie then roll up!. Cut once it is rolled up and you end up with 'pinwheels'
also many grocery stores have hor'dorve kits you can purchase!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

That is a lot of fish!. Not really a fish person myself!. i think if you really want to serve fish, go with a shrimp platter!. But I would personally choose a more antipasta style of food!. olives, salami, and chees tray for starters!. Then move on to something grilled so folks can mingle while the food cooks!. Maybe do ice cream sodas as desert!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

ROFL

yummy - make sure you add lots and lots of garlic to the fruit smoothie and have mouth wash as an afterdinner drink for everyone's stinky breath!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Fish is a bad way to go!. People can have allergies, people don't like it!.

Go with a baked pasta dish with some garlic bread!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

No this is not suitable for a house party!.
No I would not eat it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Boy, am I glad that I'm not coming!! Good luck with the party!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

NO I'm gagging right now!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

this is not a real question , no one would do thatWww@FoodAQ@Com

Really!? Fish soup!. "some tuna and lots of gravy!?!?" Then fish sticks!? I wouldn't expect those kinds of foods at a house party!.!. not a single thing you mentioned!. I've given and been to a lot of parties, and have never seen choices like those you list!. Garlic!? You're putting out a plate of garlic!? Make lasagna, or a ham or turkey!. Little meatballs in sauce served warm!. If you want garlic, make garlic bread to serve with lasagna!. Chips and home made dips (clams in sour cream, or even French onion dip!. Fresh veggies (baby carrots, cucumber sticks, carrot sticks, celery sticks, etc) and dip (make a nice Russian dressing for a dip, or someother home made dip!. Make a cheese ball, or a tray of a selections of nice cheeses and good crackers!.

A fresh fruit tray would be okay for someting sweet, but not just jelly!. Make something too!.!.!. cheesecake!. I don't know what the "mini cakes" are, but you can bake a cake even from a mix that would look nicer!. When there are that many people coming to a house party, you need more substantial foods!. Soup and fish sticks are not appropriate things to serve a large group!. The foods you suggest aren't "unusual" foods!.!.!. just not foods to serve to guests!.

(Seriously!.!.!. that's the strangest list of foods I've ever seen!. Was this a joke!?)Www@FoodAQ@Com
