I got this recipe from someone who worked with my husband, so I don't know what it is called, but since you like cream cheese!.!.!.!.!.!.!.
1 sm!. pkg!. dry ranch dressing, 2 tubs of spreadable cream cheese, 1 sm!. pkg!. sh!. cheddar cheese, chopped green onions, chopped ham!. mix ingredients and spread on flour tortilla, roll tortilla, and cut in about half an inch slices!.
Here is one he got from someone he went to college with!.
Layered dip
1 can refried beans
salsa, or chopped tomatoes
sour cream
guacomole, (if desired)
shredded cheddar cheese
spread beans on plste or platter, spread sour cream and guacomole (if used) spread salsa next, or sprinkle chopped tomatoes, sprinkle with shreded cheese!. (you can also add jalepenos) eat with tortilla chips
So this one I got from someone who used to run a Bible camp, so it is good to make with kids, and it makes a lot!.
8 oz cream cheese, softened
8 oz oreo cookies (crushed into really small pieces)
melting chocolate, like almond bark, in any color or flavor
mix cream cheese and oreos, roll into balls, and make sure they are cold, dip them in melting chocolate!. (you can stick the balls with a tooth pick and dip them in chocolate, but I find it easier to pour the chocolate over them with a spoon!.

I like Pepper Jelly too!.!.!.!.!. but Baked Brie with water crackers is my favorite!. I love chocolate, but wouldn't consider Rocky Road Squares to be an appetizer:)Www@FoodAQ@Com
