Don't use make-up!.!. it will be too noticeable!.!.!. but a cosmetic powder will work well!. hubby does it all of the time!. Baby powder - or the like - can be used in a pinch too!.
Try splashing your face with some ice-cold water and press with a paper towel in the restroom!. Pull an ice cube out of your drink and press on the "problem" spot too!. This will bring the inflammation down and the redness along with it!.
