raspberry pretzel jello!.!. i make this every year fro christmas!.!. the family loves it!!!!!!


2 (3 oz!.) pkgs!. raspberry Jello
2 c!. boiling water
2 (10 oz!.) pkgs!. frozen raspberries
1 stick butter, melted
3 tbsp!. sugar
2 1/2 c!. pretzels, crushed
1 (8 oz!.) pkg!. cream cheese
1 (12 oz!.) Cool Whip
1 c!. sugar

Mix 3 tablespoons sugar, butter and pretzels together!. Pat into a 9 x 13 inch pan!. Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees!. Beat cream cheese, Cool Whip and 1 cup sugar until light and fluffy!. Spread over baked and cooled pretzel mixture!. Dissolve Jello in boiling water and add frozen raspberries!. Let jell slightly!. Spread Jello mixture on top!. (May use fruit of choice!.) put in fridge until jello sets completely!.!. over night works well!.!.!.

i also use frozen strawberries if i can find raspberries!.!.!.i love this desert and its easy to do !Www@FoodAQ@Com

Dip or cheese ball and crackers are always a good potluck addition!. Most people don't think to bring these and there are so many unique dips and cheese balls you can bring!.

Here's one of the more popular ones I usually bring!. It takes a specific dip from Tastefully Simple home parties or website but it's yummy!

Fiesta Party Dip
Ingredients
1 1/2-2 Tbsp!. Fiesta Party Dip Mix?
1/4 cup real mayonnaise
3/4 cup sour cream
Directions
Combine ingredients; blend well!. Chill 2 hours!. Makes about 1 cup!. Jar yields about 8 cups dip!.

Variation:
2 Tbsp!. Fiesta Party Dip Mix?
1 lb!. melted Velveeta? Cheese
Combine ingredients; mix well!. Serve warm!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

DOUBLE CHOCOLATE MOCHA TRIFLE

"A trifle made with brownies, white chocolate pudding flavored with coffee, whipped topping and chocolate covered toffee candy!."

INGREDIENTS:
1 (19!.8 ounce) package brownie mix
1 3/4 cups cold milk
2 (3!.3 ounce) packages instant white chocolate pudding mix
4 teaspoons instant coffee granules
2 tablespoons warm water
2 cups frozen whipped topping, thawed
3 (1!.4 ounce) bars chocolate covered toffee bars, chopped

DIRECTIONS:
1!. Prepare brownies according to package directions!. Bake and cool completely!. Cut into 1 inch cubes!.

We call this "cracker goo"

Ingredients
2 cups milk, cold
1 (3 1/2 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding
1 (8 ounce) carton Cool Whip, thawed
36 saltine crackers
1 can cherry or blueberry pie filling

Directions

Mix pudding mix and milk-(skim or low fat is fine) and beat on low for 2 minutes!.

Fold in Cool Whip- can be low or non fat!.

Place 12 crackers in bottom of 8" square dish to cover bottom, break crackers if needed!. Breaking also helps disguise the saltines!.

Top with 1/3 of the pudding mix!.

Repeat to create a total of three layers of crackers and three layers of pudding!.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours!.

Just before serving top with Cherry or Blueberry pie fillingWww@FoodAQ@Com
