What to wear to a trendy nightclub?!

Question:

What to wear to a trendy nightclub?

I'm a man, clueless about clubbing anymore...but I have to go tonight and don't want to look like a total tool. What to wear?

I'm in my early thirties so I don't want to try and dress like I'm 21, but at the same time I don't want to look like I'm rolling to work either!

Any ideas?

Thanks!

Answers:
Clean, shined shoes. I like square toes right now.

Nice jeans, pressed (if theyre high end jeans then it doesnt matter as long as look is what the jeans are going for)

Buttondown shirt. French cuffs are a bonus cuz chicks dig nice links.

If you want to dazzle, a nice tasteful hat (this is tough to pull off, but you will make an entrance and every, i mean EVERY woman will notice you standing out in the crowd).

happy hunting

Wear some nice jeans, dark ones if you have em, and a nice button down shirt not a work shirt but a stylish one, go on jcrew or gap.com, for examples, you'll look great just keep it simple. black or brown is always nice and a nice pair of shoes, not running shoes or work shoes. Good luck.

White polyester bellbottoms with matching sport coat with flared lapels

nice jeans modern shoes and nice dress shirt umm and im sure u will be a hit good luck

Just dress casually... Maybe some black slacks and a nice shirt... Or if you are going to a bar, wear some jeans or khakis and a shirt. -- You wont look like a tool.. And if you want to do what we girls do, call a friend and ask what he's wearing! :)

I think that a nice pair of dress pants, shiny/soft dress shirt, tie and vest that matches the pants would very sharp!! The chicks will love you, for sure.

Nice Levi jeans ( no holes or fading ), a Tommy Hilfiger button down shirt and leather shoes ( no tennis shoes ) or boots. Don't forget to tuck the shirt in and have a belt that matches your shoes ( brown or black ). Right before you leave the house, add your most important accessory - a nice smile!!

I think a pair of jeans and a good shirt would be cool
