IM HAVING MY FIRST BIG PARTY AND BESIDES MUSIC AND FOOD WHAT ELESE SHOULD I DO..... IS THAT ALL I NEED OR SHOULD THERE BE A LITTLE MORE STUFF.... IF SO ANY IDEAS?

You don't give many details, a big party can be something as informal as a keg party with a barbecue or a cocktail party at night or.....
I would say that the one ingredient that helps along every party is to get your guests involved in doing things for the party. Don't be afraid to assign tasks, people looooove to help out and be involved. A couple people can pass around appetizers, or a tray of drinks, another can help you refill the trays, pour drinks, open wines, etc.
I would set out some unusual items around the place, they are conversation pieces, that is why they are called that, so two people who don't know eachother will have something to talk to eachother about. If people are talking amongst themselves, eating and drinking and having a good time, your job is done.
Is this a game crowd? An auction or raffle crowd? Do you have a swimming pool? A pool table? Card games? Something for them to do besides eat and drink?

are you only going to listen to music and eat? if you think no ones gonna get bored and you're gonna speak and have fun then that's it! but if no and if it's gonna take long maybe some movies and films should solve the problem bye bye
