I need help with ideas for an Automotive/Car Repair themed party menu?!

Question:

I need help with ideas for an Automotive/Car Repair themed party menu?

I'm planning a dinner party for friends who work at a repair shop. I want to have a themed surprise menu. I think it's called "Waldorf Hysteria?" Guests get a menu with funny items like the spoon listed as a shovel, etc. the same with food items. Then they choose from the menu. Please help me with some ideas.

Some I've thought up so far:
knife= screwdriver;
cracker= wheel;
rootbeer= Havoline oil;
lemonade= anti-freeze;
ice= broken windshield;
sliced olives= tires;
salad dressing= handsoap;
lettuce= cash;

I need help with more items ideas, such as:
wrench, steering wheel, engine, brakes, fuel, screws, drill, fender, lug nut, shocks, hubcap, mirror, jack, tool box, door handle, etc, etc.

I also need ideas and funny names for some main dish like chicken, mashed potatoes, or salad.

The menu is supposed to be a game. The guests don't know what they are ordering until they get it.

I think you would be much better off working in reverse order than trying to figure out what you are going to give a mechanical name.

Ex: You could call Roasted Chicken - Roasted RoadRunner

If you just pick a tool and then figure out something to name that it doesn't work as well. That's just my opinion.

Mashed Potatoes could be Matchbox Potatoes.

The possibilities are endless, but again - put your menu and all your items together then work backwards looking for an automotive type name that is similar.

Some of the ones you used make no sense or are a bit of a stretch - you want to use replacement words that sound alike or are easily identified.

Good luck and have fun!

well other then making things for stuff,you could make a big cake,shaped like a car,and it could be looking like it was being drivin' on the street!
chicken could be road kill,good luck on the party!
