There are many styles in which to serve food and beverages to guest.No one style is correct for all establishments.Each restaurant and banquet house has to decide the type of service it will give.The style of service provided depends on the restaurant's menu,decor,and pricing.Some establishments serve their food on silver platters,while others serve their food on paper plates.You have to choose which is best for your operation.


American Service is fast and easy.It doesn't take alot of skill.

Russian Service is characterized by food being cooked and pre-portioned in the kitchen.All the food for a table is presented to the guest on silver trays.

French Service is characterized by a service person's finishing off(cooking,carving,flaming,an... so on)the food in front of the guest.
