Answers:
Just my idea of a good dinner party!.

A black and white theme:
-white tablecloth
-black napkins
-black and white paperchains

Food:
-appetisers, shrimps/canape's
-starter, palma ham and melon/smoked salmon/soup
-main, chicken/rice/salad/pasta
-desert, chocolate cake/posh ice cream thing
-cheese and bisuits
-coffee/tea/hot chocolate

Menu:
Print one off the computer, if you are serving more than one thing for each course

Seating places:
Sit people next to people you think they will get along with, or could form a friendship with, and make little cards with their names on so they know where to sit

Welcome sign:
Not really needed, just greet them when they come in with a smile and a hug

Presents:
Table presents, small presents to give between a course, usually after the main course, as they are full and won't need the next course for a little while!.

Have fun, and remember to relax during in the evening!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Just out of curiosity, what is the reason for the party!? If this is supposed to be professional, save the paper chains for another time!. also, presents are not necessary, unless you are talking about small, simple party favors!. I am not sure what the tickets are for, but they aren't needed, either!. A welcome sign is ok!. It sounds like you have everything else you need!. One thing, you might want to consider asking a few responsible friends to help serve the food!. Good luck!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Paper chains (NOT PROFESSIONAL, i just love them!)
You may be under 14 but if the rest of your group arent then they may not like paperchains!
but then again it is your party so have what you like!.

Have you got enough drinks and enough ice cubes for the drinks!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

You don't need presents!.
I would go out and buy the Tiffany's Table Manners for Teens!.
It has table arrangements, what to serve, and etiquette for you!
I think that you have it all covered, what about desert!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

How about the drinks!? What are you serving!? Jug of water with ice is good so tall glasses for that!. And coffee and mints for after dinner!.

Have you provided serviettes!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

have you got drinks and ice!?
Possible some candles or table decorations
serviettes - very very NBWww@FoodAQ@Com
