Answers:
Try this BRIE, baked in a puff pastry shell!. You could cover it earlier in the day and bake right before the party!. Decorate the plate with FROSTED GRAPES (dip little bunches of grapes into lightly beaten egg whites and then dip into granulated sugar!. Let them dry on a cookie cooling rack)

PARTY BRIE

17-oz!. package frozen puff pastry
1 egg yolk
1 TB water
2-1/4 lb!. wheel Brie

Defrost puff pastry!. Roll out to 12x10"!. Cut 2 circles the size of Brie; also 2 strips 13x1-1/2" for wrapping the sides!. Whip yolk & water together!. Place 1 circle of pastry on ungreased cookie sheet!. Top with Brie; with pastry brush, paint sides with yolk (so pastry will stick)!. Put sides and top of pastry on Brie; seal well so cheese doesn't run out during baking!. Brush top with yolk!. Bake 30-35 min at 425!. Let cool ONE HOUR before cutting!.!.!.!.!.serve with water crackersWww@FoodAQ@Com

Cheese plates are a great way to impress especially if you include a few interesting things with them!. I like to serve bleu or gorgonzola cheese with something sweet to contrast like honey or cranberry sauce!. Fruit is a good compliment as well, sliced apples or pears with a milder soft cheese like brie!. Go to your local specialty grocery store and pick up 3 or 4 kinds of cheese and 2 kinds of crackers!.
