Answers:
Chicken marsala with cremini mushrooms. Roasted garlic mashed potatos. Roasted asparagus. Spinach with feta cheese salad. Bruschetta. A bottle of Cab. And a bottle of whipped cream for desert. That's what I want for Valentine's Day.
well, most men love meat, aka beef so i would include that for sure. how about a nice tender filet, soaked in good bourbon and a little a1, overnight. then sear in the juices on the stove and cook in slowly all day. it will be tender and delicious. then try some homeade mashed potatoed flavored with garlic and butter, and some good vegetables, like snap peas and green beans and bell peppers, fried in ginger and olive oil. of course a good salad, and then cheesecake, followed by .............
How about seafood?
how about 100 double cheese burgers off of the dollar menu at mcdonalds with 100 order of dollar fries
Chicken Alfredo, asparagus spears, tossed salad, rolls, tea.Or wine .Make it Romantic, candles, good china, glass stemware, silver, and put all the food in bowls to be served. All can be kept in the oven covered on low, till the time is ready.Clothing is an option,up to you two..Happy Valentines Day.
As far as I'm concerned, a romantic meal with my husband is when neither of us have to cook or clean up, we can both just concentrate on enjoying our food, our conversation, and our time together (and if I weren't pergnant, a fantastic bottle of wine!).
So for me, a romantic dinner is a nice evening at a quiet corner table in our favorite restaurant. What we end up eating is of very little consequence!
I would do fillet Mignon, grilled lobster, hollandaise sauce, blue cheese mashed potato's, his favorite veggie and a salad. For dessert make his favorite kind. Serve with a good bottle of wine or champagne and you are all set.
don't ask me.
Get to know your husband, to some men meatloaf is unbeatable.
I however would serve something quick, then have some romantic snacks for the fireside.
