Buy a bunch of Joe Rogan masks, or make them, and have a circle jerk.
Serve chili with live maggots. Maggots are high in Vitamin C and are good for you. If you are ever in a situation where you are lost or with a bunch of lost people in the forests and someone becomes injured and are bleeding, after stopping the blood from flowing leave the wound open so that the air can get to it. When maggots show up let them do their business, which is eating the diseased flesh to prevent gangrene form forming. Have fun.

Buy chicken feet/ pig's feet/ and (liver)organ meat and serve as
main dishes.
For the cake have it decorated with frosting formed into bugs, or animal guts.
Decorations-Yellow and Black plates, ballons, and streamers.
Play some games where people will have to stick their hand in a ex-large pickle jar and retrieve things, Place gross things in the jar but put change on the bottom on the jar or 5 dollar bill.

I went to a baby shower where they had different chocolate candy bars spread out in diapers to look like pooh. It looks pretty gross but quite tasty;)
And do an image search on yahoo for kitty litter cake. That would be PERFECT for the birthday cake!
