I need help organizeing my quinceanera?!

Question:

I need help organizeing my quinceanera?

Answers:
Whenever you're organizing an event, the best way to start is by imagining you are a guest walking in on the day of the event. What do you see? Hear? Smell? Who is there and what are they eating? What are they doing? Does someone greet the guest and introduce them around? That sort of thing. Just imagine the whole event the way you want it to be. And write it all down like a story.

Once you've figured out what you want your guests to experience, make a list for each category -- guests, decorations, food, music, whatever etc. Then figure out what you have to do to make it the way you want it to be.

If you're over-budget, go back to your imagined event and see where you can cut back and still have a nice time.

Also, ask your best friends and family for help and ideas.
