Here's some tips, i will do one for professional one, and a casual one!.

Professional:
- Do a black and white theme, white table cloth, black napkins, black name cards with white writing!.
Food:
- a salad or melon wrapped in palmaham for starters!.
- maybe smoked salmon or balsamic roast chicken for main with a side salad
- chocolate biscuit cake or cheesecake with/without coulis for dessert
- fizzy drinks/regular drinks served in champange/cocktail glasses
- cheese and biscuits
- coffee/hot chocolate/tea
Table presents:
- small presents for each person after the main course

Casual:
- Do a quiz night
Food:
- pizza, snacks, chocolate, ice cream
Drink:
- non-alcoholic drinks served in alcohol glasses
Entertainment:
- quizzes/casino games
- bet small amounts of money

Remember: Always be relaxed or it will get out of control!.

Have it with finger foods, such as relish tray with carrots, celery, tomatoes, cheese and crackers!. Make ham and cheese sandwiches and cut them in small pieces for finger foods!. Make tuna sandwiches and cut up small for variety!. Fresh fruit salad with melons, watermelon and orange and bananas, cucumbers all sliced in small cubes add lemon and hot chili powder!. Do as much ahead of time as possible so that you can spend time with your guests!. Cold appetizers (and salads) can be prepared a day ahead and kept refrigerated until just before guests arrive!. The biggest mistake a person can make for a dinner party is to try out some new recipe or make something for the first time!. Make what you know how to make!. Then you will be more comfortable and your guests will love it! It's always nice to have a theme, too!. Then plan the food, drinks, dessert and table decor around the theme!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

HAve food that is almost ready prepared!.!.!.that just needs keeping hot!.!.!.so the host ius not cooking in the kitchen all night!.
