A surprisingly delicious, sweet and salty treat is Baked Prunes Wrapped in Bacon (if your pork allergy extends to bacon you can substitute turkey bacon or tofu bacon &c!.)!. People of all tastes rave about these! Just wrap pre-cooked bacon around the prunes (1 piece per prune), secure with a tooth pick and bake for 5-10 minutes at 350 degrees!. Serve warm!. Some people like to add blue cheese to these but I think they're better without!.
