I am in a dessert contest, I want something DIFFERENT, I want something so delectable that NO ONE can resist!. I want flavors that compliment one another, ingredients the best I can grow or money can buy!.!.!. I WANT TO WIN this contest!. AND maybe I want to open my own little dessert and coffee stand!.!.
I want fresh fruits, BEST chocolate, only REAL ingredients real creams!.!.!.
I am thinking along the lines of say chocolate cheesecake with real raspberries garnishing it and a smattering of powdered sugar!.!.!.
real homemade pie with large fresh fruits, or nuts!.!.!.!.

Best dessert I ever had ( i was younger and more impressionable, that helps) was the Chocolate Volcano Cake at Bennigans!.!.!. I think it also went by "Death by Chocolate" somewhere else!. Basically it's a mound-shaped choco cake (upside down bowl) with chocolate inside, and when it's served warm the first cut lets lots of chocolate run out!.!.!. plus it is drizzeled with chocolate (also good for plating) and maybe has vanilla ice cream on the side!. try banana eclairs!.!.!.!. cut a banana in half, fry it in oil ( make a batter of rice flour an egg white and some sugar!.!. the batter wont be too thick) and put it in a bowl!.!.!. add some vanilla ice cream on top and eat!.!.!.!. the cold ice cream and hot cooked banana are a sexy combination!.!.!.!.!.
u could also try this!.!.!. keep a piece of chocolate cake in a bowl, fill it abt half way with mango juice, cut up some grapes, mango, orange, and berries and put it into the bowl!.!.!. let it sit in ur fridge for a few hrs ( the cake will soak up most of the juice) !.!.!. and enjoy :-)Www@FoodAQ@Com
