Non-hot dish to make for a Super bowl potluck?!


Question: Non-hot dish to make for a Super bowl potluck!?
I need to bring a dish of some kind to a Super Bowl party!.While I'd have plenty of ideas if it was something hot since it will be sitting on a table all day I need something that will last!.It can be anything from a dessert to an appetizer!.I'd prefer to make it myself!.Any ideas with recipes!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

BEAN DIP
16 oz Kidney beans, drained
1 medium Onion, chopped fine
1 small Green pepper, chopped fine
? cup Sweet relish (Cain’s)
? cup Ketchup
? cup Mayonnaise (NOT light mayo)
Dash Dry mustard
Dash Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp Horseradish (or more to taste)
2 cloves Garlic, minced
1!. Mix all together well
2!. Chill several hours
3!. Serve with crackers or thinly sliced French bread
Delicious!


or if you want something more healthy, bring this:

TABBOULEH
1 cup Bulgur wheat, fine, cracked
1 cup Hot water
3 Tbsp Oil
1 cup Parsley, loosely packed, chopped
? cup Fresh mint, loosely packed, chopped
2 Cucumbers, peeled, seeded, chopped
2 Tomatoes, seeded, chopped
? cup Red Onion, chopped small
3 Tbsp Lemon juice, fresh is best
Salt and Pepper
1!. Mix wheat, water and oil, set aside 20 minutes or until wheat is tender and water is absorbed
2!. Mix all ingredients together, season with salt and pepper to taste
