Party Ideas for a sweet 13?!
Ok my sister is turning 13!. She wants a BIG party!.

You could invite everyone over to your house and rent a limo to pick you guy up!. Then the limo could take you to a local club that you could rent out!. For instance we have a yacht club and you can rent out a dancing room and theres a disco ball and you get acess to the kitchen!. So alls you need to do is find a local club!. Then you can dance, eat, limbo or whatever!. You oculd choose a theme and then go all out!.
For example;
Choose a casino theme and rent out a local county club, decorate like a casino, and cater her favorite food!!!
