go to a fun resturant, for my last birthday we went to FIRE & ICE, find a resturant thats out of the norm and there will be time to gossip with your friends and entertainment provided, AND delicious food! if you go into the nearest city there are always good resturants!.
if you live somehwere cold you could go ice skating or tubing, somehwere warm swimming!? a theme make it so much more fun!. some of the best i've been to were hollywood glam styled

for my 13th birthday i invited a bunch of people to go swimming, and rented a party room after =)
