They will want to know how many people, what kind of event, what kind or seating, what kind of venue, will there be food, what kind, sit down or buffet service, will there be drinks, beer/wine and/or liquor, what decor is needed, etc, etc, etc. There is no set fee. They quote you for the cost of the event and add their fees in for organizing everything for you.
