How much meat and cheese do I need for a sandwich tray?!
I am putting together my own meat and cheese tray for my son's birthday party!. I'm having 3 meats and 3 cheeses!. There are going to be between 15 and 20 people there (mostly adults)!. How much meat and cheese do I need!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

The rule of thumb I always use is 1/2 lb of meat per each man, and 1/4 lb of meat per each woman/child!. For the cheese, half of the above amounts!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
