Big tub vanilla ice cream
Put mixed fruit in bowl cover with just enough brandy overnight.
Next day take icecream outand put into large bowl, add mixed fruit/brandy. Mix well then put back into icecream container, freeze until ready to eat. This is great as an option at Xmas.
