I need some ideas for my 14th birthday at my house? Nothing cheesy/too young...?!
My party is on saturday and I'm having about 12 girls including me at my house!. I didn't have a 13th birthday so this is sort of a makeup lol!.
I would like some ideas/things to do that are fun and will make everyone laugh!. So far I want to do balloon truth or dare and The Greatest Story Ever Told (similar to madgibs)!. They both look like a lot of fun =]
I need some other ideas too - other games, food, movies, etc!. It's from 5pm to 10pm so I'll also need a dinner idea (not going out though) and preferably not pizza!.
PS!. this needs to be really inexpensive because times are touugh now and i cant spend too much money in preparation!.

trivial pursuit is fun!. interactive games like that for a large group!. u can split everyone into teams and give out prizes (the prize can be movies from the $5 bin in walmart)!.

directions: ask 4 people at a time 5 questions about you who ever gets the right answers first gets a point and who ever gets the most points in each game gets what ever prize you want to give!.
another game: no mirror make up!.
directions: have a stand of make up and have all the girls at the same time put on there make up with out a mirror!. give a prize to who ever did the best job and who did the worst job!.
food: first have soda water and juice!. then put out those mini pizza rolls, mini spinach pies, pigs in a blanket and mini egg rolls!. then have fried chicken with mashed potatoes or pasta!. then have ice cream and cake!.
movies: grease, the devil wears Prada, risky business, herbie, titanic!.
movie snacks: popcorn and candy!.

spa theme!. or Pj party (which might sound childish but is actually really fun)
for food do something that ur family is known for/makes really well!. like a classic!. cook yourself to save moeny
or try breakfast for dinner!. so waffles and such
maybe try charades of 20 questions!. or watch episodes of "whose line is it anyways" or any episodes of your favorite shows!. that way it is maybe a half hour to an hour of tv instead of a whole movie cause moveis can sometimes get boring!.

u could always open presents during the party to "waste" time
have a "kiddie cocktail bar" with non-alcoholic drinks
