By now you probably have had your birthday and are still celebrating....but in case you haven't, I'm wondering why you haven't made plans with friends to celebrate your birthday? Sounds like the day happened and you just now decided to do something, anything to say you celebrated. Never fear! I'm a firm believer in celebrating birthdays regardless of whether its just me or a bunch of my buds! Decide that you're going to have a whole day celebrating. Start with your favorite lunch, movie, or spa treatment. Or, if you're into gyms, go work out and have a massage afterwards. Then make a reservation at your favorite restaurant and dress up. Or, if you're in a mood to stay home, purchase your favorite take out, grab a movie, some Hostess cupcakes, and settle in. Birthdays repeat themselves every year, so next year you can decide again what you'd like to do!
have a party at the club
What I did was hang out with my wife (then girlfriend) and some other friends and went to the movies. We then went out to a club for those who aren't yet 21 and had virgin drinks. Since my wife and I were living together, at midnight, we retired back to our apartment.
