I used to have Western parties for 400-750 people at Christmas!. I'd make big crockpots of chili (with bowls of cheese, sour cream, salsa for toppers); pans of corn bread; and green salad with choice of dressing!. Platters of cookies, brownies & some bundt cakes

Pasta is a pain in the neck to make for alot of people!. It's time consuming to make all the pasta, and then keep it warm (yet not sticking together) while you serve it!. Chili can be done ahead and left to simmerWww@FoodAQ@Com

Spaghetti with a meat sauce, or anything else with ground beef in it!.

? tsp!. cayenne or red pepper flakes
? tsp!. oregano
1 tbsp!. fresh basil, minced (or ? tsp!. dried)
