Well starting early is key!. contact as many family as you can and have your parents contact them is also important!. Usually if you want people to show up you need to give them food and/or drink along with the family experience!. Spend about a month to find out who might come and then find a place to have the party!. After that really start planning and send out e-vites followed by invites in late september or early october!. Ask your parents for help for ideas and don't forget your friends, this isn't about just your family your friends helped you get to 18 in one piece!.
Getting everyone talking within the family about a big event is also very important!. If everyone thinks that they can see relatives that they haven't seen in years it will help but realize that they may not be there just to see you but to connect with family as well!. It worked for me and I saw more than 500 people at my high school graduation party!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

A debut, huh!? Sweet! Start looking for hotel ballrooms or church dining halls that you can rent out!. They usually rent them out for weddings, but if you want to go big, you should definitely check them out!. Once you find a venue, you should think about hiring a DJ and figure out what kind of food you want to serve!. Pick out a good restaurant or catering company that sells party-sized food!. Then there's the cake! Go to a good bakery that specializes in cakes and talk with them about your personal taste and the budget you have to work with!. You have to sit down with your parents and ask them if they are able or willing to spend a little more money to give you an AWESOME debut that will be the talk of the town!. Here are other things you have to consider
- theme
- what you'll be wearing
- if it's formal or casual
- decorations
- who to invite
- invitations: you need to send them out at least 1 month in advanceWww@FoodAQ@Com
