Mad Hatter Party Ideas for a 21 year old?!

Question:

Mad Hatter Party Ideas for a 21 year old?

I would really appreciate ideas to do a great Mad Hatter party. The girl is turning 21 and so far we have the cake done and that's all. She's interested in the darker version of the Mad Hatter so we were going to do something along those lines, but we do not know where to begin.

Decorations?
Drinks?
Food?
Games?

Any input would be appreciated. Thanks!

For the decorations I would go for darker colors like navy blue black or purple.Drinks...uh...if shes turning 21 and shes beening waiting to drink...put out some beer or martienies(sp?)....or just soda.Games...hmmm....try this....http://www.eventwise.co.uk/asp/gamelist_...
Good luck and Happy Birthday!

Hatter party sounds like Harry Potter!!!!!

Do Harry Potter decorations!

everyone should have top hats on and drink out of tea cups, and spontaneously burst into song.

Have a Mad Hat contest. On the invitations, provide the following directions:
"We will be having a Mad Hat competition at ____'s birthday party. In order to participate, bring a wacky hat. You can design your own hat, with puff paint or patches, and a 3-person panel will vote on who has the "Maddest Hat". Door Prize to the winner!"

Those who do not participate in the hat contest can judge the hats. Give out a restaurant gift certificate to the 1st place winner.

i say make it a costume party! get some large paper on rolls from the craft or teacher supply store and paint some decorations and put them on the walls. you can get some oversized mugs OR you could get some bowls with handles and use them as cups.
not sure about drinks food or games but hopefully that will get you started.

Here are 2 really great sites i found to help you
