Valentines Day??!

Question:

Valentines Day??

What would be a cute meal that I could cook my boyfriend on Valentines Day? I dont want it to be to hard to make but I also dont want it to look cheap either. Thanks.

Answers:
Make a heart-shaped pizza.

Order in and throw out the boxes/bags/evidence and arrange it nicely on the plate..... just don't go for pizza and wings because he might suspect something. And believe me... that's not cheap!

My dad made me scrambled eggs with pink food colouring. You could do something like that.
Or just have a normal meal, but with candlelight!

Try making some pepper shrimp. It's not that expensive, and it is really easy to cook. Get some pre-cooked frozen shrimp from any grocery store; thaw them in cold water, pat dry, put them in some kind of pan, cut up butter and place on the shrimp (not vegetable spread or margarine), sprinkle with garlic powder(use fresh if you want) and pepper, place in the oven until the butter melts. Get some linguine noodles(follow the instructions to cook). When the noodles are done put them in a pan with the shrimp and mix in the pan until blended. After the shrimp thaws the whole thing takes about 45min. GOOD LUCK!

Fish tacos are delicious. Not too hard and look like it took a TON of effort. Use cod fish or swordfish....saute onions, garlic and cilantro. Add the fish (after it has been brolied for just 2 mintues). Cook a bit longer. Put the ingredients on a corn tortilla and put more cilantro on top. YUM! Make with coconut rice (white rice - 1 cup rice, 1 cup water, 1 cup coconut milk).

This 3 course menu is very impressive, but also very easy to prepare:
