Good ideas for a lunch menu?!


Question: Good ideas for a lunch menu!?
Hi, I need some suggestions here!. I will be having a lunch at my house for 5 people!. Its actually a meeting, so we will have notebooks and things on the table!. Its casual!.

Im just looking for ideas on what to have that can be a one-plate dish!. Like make your own salad or whatever, or if its a buffet of delicious bits thats fine too!. Just give me your suggestions, any and all!

Oh yeah it cant be too messy because we need to also write with our hands!. So no sandwiches or anything like that!.

For drinks, I will probably have white wine and ginger ale!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I think you have a good idea with the make your own salad!. Wraps are also something fun and easy!.
Chicken salad with grapes and a few walnuts is my favorite thing for lunch!.

I would also suggest cold green tea with cinnamon in it to drink!. It's surprisingly good and very refreshing!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I would go with the salad idea!. Just set out a lot of toppings such as grilled chicken, black beans, corn, salsa, tortilla strips, sesame seeds, etc!.

Quesadillas are also fun and easy to eat!

Buffet style sounds good!. Maybe some salad, pigs-in-a-blanket or small sandwiches, potato salad, some sort of cake for dessert, chips or crackers!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
