Question: Clubhouse or poolhouse rental needed fast for birthday party!!! Please help!?
Hi i was just wondering if there is any apartment of condo complex that will rent out its poolhouse or clubhouse for a night to a non resident!. Preferably in or nearby the glendale or phoenix area!. And it would be for just one night for a party!.

Mia, good luck, I can not see anyone doing that, not for one night!. If the building is run by a board of residents one of the building by-laws would be only residents!.
