I'd first do invitations (beach themed) you can even just buy pre printed paper with a sea printed on it!. List the date, times and location!.

Id rope an area off (hopefully) with bonfire and decorate the rope with streamers and balloons!.

Have large beach blankets, chairs if you can get your hands on some!.

A table for food and drinks!.

Have tropical punch and soft drink and waters available

Food - hawaian pizza and other nibbles, cold meats, seafood!.

Play badmington and/or volley ball/ limbo

Grab an air matress for water and have a group stand on it and see who can stand on it for the longest without falling in water

To Take Home - a beach ball with everyone signing!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

since you are having your party at the beach, the best decorating you can do is what you bring with you!. for example, bring beach chairs to recline in, and buy some beach towels at the 99 cent store!. buy some pails and shovels (trust me 13 year olds will have fun building sand castles still) and lay them around!. bring coolers filled with sodas juices and water!. bring a grill to the beach and ask your parents to BBQ, try to keep it Hawaiian with like pinapples and stuff!. make virgin pina coladas!. music doesnt have to be hawaiian, just keep it top 40 hits or whatever you guys are into!. just bring a really loud stereo to bump the music, and buy a few giant umbrellas from the store!. either that or buy a portable instant gazebo!. have fun!. good luck!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

This should be pretty easy, go to your local party store and see what you can pick up!. I would set up a little hut, or pull up logs on the beach surrounding a campfire!. You could buy tiki torches to surround it!. Make sure you have the basic marshmellows and stuff to roast, but you could also have some sort of cool "island" punch, with mini umbrellas!. You need a table for birthday cake!. But the beach at night will be super fun by itself, you can play tag/manhunt (trust me, its way fun at night with alot of people), tell creepy island voo doo stories, and bury people!. Sounds fun!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

here is what i would do if i were you:
6~ everyone arrives!. give them a lei and just hang out and wait for people!. (no matter what time you tell them to come, half the people will still be late)
6:30~ go in the ocean and have some fun!. make sand castles, play volleyball, etc!.
7:30~ get the bonfire started and roast hot dogs for dinner!. also have snacks like veggies and dip, pineappl and other fruits, etc!.
then the rest of the night hang out, roast marchmallows, eat cake, open your presents, play some fun games!. give everyone a beach ball when they leave!. (plus the lei from earlier) if you want to have fun games but 2 coconut bras and yuo get to wear one all night then a prize can be a coconut bra!. (even if a guy wins make him wear it haha)Www@FoodAQ@Com
