I'm going to put a good garlic rub on the rabbit before searing it, then I'll roll it and throw it in the oven, Just before serving I'll roll it in an infused breading and just lightly brown it in the oven again!. It'll be served pink (of course) with a rosemary garnish!.
For dessert I'll probably stick to a classic apple pie (no cinnamon) a la mode with mint!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

In our country on good friday we make fish and provisions!. Provisions being potato, sweet potato, eddoes, yam, dasheen, cassava, green fig, plantain with either stewed saltfish or steamed fish (carite or king fish I prefer) or we fry it or stew it!.
