I'm throwing my 14th bday party? ANY IDEAS?!?!
I'm throwing my 14th birthday party and inviting my whole grade of 72 people!. it's going to be a dance party in my back yard!. unfortunetally, my back yard is very entertaining, there's a hammock, waterfall, basketball hoop, ping-pong table, other fun games, 2 swings, a tree house and a tether ball pole!. so i have three questions:
1) ANY IDEAS ON HOW TO KEEP EVERYONE DANCING!?!?
2) SHOULD I HAVE A THEME!?!?
3) HOW SHOULD I DECORATE MY HOUSE/BACKYARD!?!?

Answers:
Decorate your backyard with lots of lights(colored, white, disco ball, strobe light) and don't expect everyone to just dance the whole time, have some other things out like a trampoline or sports balls!. also, be sure to invite some of your close friends over half an hour early to start dancing and stuff, that way when other people walk in they are more likely to dance too because they see there are other people doing it!. You could have a contest!.!.!. a prize for the person or couple that dances the longest without stopping!.
I think it's great there is a lot to do at your house!. Not everyone will want to dance the whole time - your attenders won't get bored, that's for sure!
Since its starting to warm up, I would do a backyard bbq type of theme; have your parents (if they are going to be there) or someone else help with the grill, and grill up some veggies, hotdogs, burgers and the such!. You could decorate with tiki torches, paper lanterns and old-school picnic-style tablecloths (the red and white checkered ones)
Of course, hawaiian themes work well with outdoors, or a pool party (swim gear only)!.!.!. or a campfire theme with fire pits, s'mores!.!.!.!. have some of the VIPs stay over and sleep in tents and tell ghost stories!.!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

cover everything up so they only see the dance floor but that might be just boring to dance all the time your there so maybe you should let them hang out somewhere else you could try doing a beach/luau theme party and have a water balloon or water gun fight!
