mcdonald's bistros (in orlando is the only place I've seen them)....you can find pizzas, pastas, etc
Rock and Roll McDonalds in Chicago used to have it. The big McDonalds in Orlando has it. I hear that everywhere except for the small town or east coast McDonalds will have pizza. Some still have the fajitas too.

A while back i knew it was in Chicago that they served pizza at McD. But that was years and years ago. I had a buddy try it and it was similar to pizza butt but worse. It was all greasy and not the best looking. I just did a search and found that in Canada they use to sell them too.
