It depends on how big you want to and how much you are willing to spend!. There are alot of things that you can do that won't cost anything!. What are the age ranges for the kids who will be attending!? Once you have looked at that it may be easier to plan!. Adults normally entertain by chit chatting to one another anyway!. Small children 2 and under are proably to small to play games!. For kids who are 3+ try to play as many games that do not involve buying things such as obstacles (put a balloon between your legs and run from point a to b!.), perhaps a toss game!. Using bean bags(beans, popcorn kernals,sand etc!. in two ziplock bags) and toss them into baskets, boxes etc!.!.!.!.there are loads of games out there for them to play that you can find on the internet!. My suggestion would be not to have prizes for every game but rather an extra special loot bag!. One way I find it easier to plan parties is to go with a theme!. Once you have a theme it may be easier to come up with decorations and games!. If you want a low budget but fun party you can still have one!. I through a party once a month for our youth group of 50kids with snacks and it only cost about $25 each time and they have a blast! I am sure you can do it for around $100 with ease!. The most important thing is to make people feel welcome and have fun!Www@FoodAQ@Com

MY MIND :DWww@FoodAQ@Com

10!.00/person without alcohol 15!.00/person with!. the fact that there are children will help average out the fact that some people will eat or drink more than the averageWww@FoodAQ@Com

Food = like 100-200$
Rest of the **** is like 100!. Probably 200-400!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
