Chips and dip. Fruit platter. Veggie platter.

make these easy pizza roles :).Get your favorite pizza toppings and put them on the uncooked puff pastry.Roll it up (with topping on ) cut it like you would with one of those rolled cake things . lay it on the tray and cook it thay are easy and so yummy.

You can go to a restaurant that you would go to for like a baptism and order food in aluminum trays. That's how my family does it (but they're Polish, so I don't know how it would work for you)

finger sandwiches. You can make them all as normal sandwiches and then cut them down with cookie cutters into fun shapes like flowers and stuff. And make them all different kinds.

Buy party food in large packs because they come cheaper and look out for saving offers in stores.

Hope she has a nice birthday!

If they're just 2? I'd go with peanut butter sandwiches. The kids'll love them. They're super cheap. And super easy. And they can eat them with their fingers.
