How to powder the skin of dried oranges?

If you have a coffee bean grinder it will give you a nice powder. Be sure to wipe out the grinder part good afterwards, but if you like the scent and taste of slightly orange coffee it will nicely flavor the next couple of pots of coffee beans you grind also.
