What is your favourite alcoholic mixed drink, and how do you make it ?!

Question:

What is your favourite alcoholic mixed drink, and how do you make it ?

My current favourite is an "Island Girl", made with 2oz of Appleton Estate rum, add 4oz 'clammato' juice, a healthy splash of Tabasco or Pickapepper, nice dash of lime, served over ice. For me, one before dinner is perfect. Tell me yours.

Answers:
drinking three of these a day, perfect quick summer drink.

devon lemonade

one part good gin
2-3 parts sparklingwater
dash of elderflower cordial

the earthiness of the elderflower works with the botanicals of the gin much better than tonic, which can swap delicate gin flavours.

i had something called a blue lagoon in the carribean havent got a clue wats in it but its nice!!

fluffy duck = baileys and brandy xxxxxxxx yummy xxxxxx

Cuba Libre, rum and coke and lime juice

I basically drink two drinks: Rye and ginger, which is pretty much self-explanatory, and liquid cocaine, which is 1/2 jagrmeister and 1/2 goldschlager.

I like a Long Beach-- like a Long Island Iced Tea but you use cranberry juice instead of cola.
1 part clear vodka
1 part clear rum

1 part clear gin
sweet and sour mix
part cranberry juice

white russian:
1 oz. absolut vodka

Black Russian - 2 or 3 parts Kahlua (depending on my mood).

Pour over rocks in old fashioned glass.

Pump up the volume!

The wine I drink at communion ... Although lately we have replaced it with White Grape juice it is still my favorite.

my boyfriend came up with it, i think its a mixture of green micky finns, red micky finns, vodka and 7up.... i dont remember anything else going into it, but it was yummy!!!!!!! tasted like cola bottles,

jd and coke

In the summer it has to be Pimms and Lemonade (1 to 3 ratio) plus lots of sliced oranges and less lemon slices. I go against the grain and opt out of cucumber slices (just not my bag at all) All mixed with lots of ice. Ummm lovely

Second choice for other times of year: heavy duty strawberry cocktail - ice, vodka, strawberry liqueur, tonic water, crushed strawberries - vary the proportions to taste!

A Green Fairy.

1 shot Absinthe
1 shot water
Juice from 1 lemon
Dash of Angostura bitters
(2tsp egg white, but I don't add this)

Shake it with ice ;)

I used to drink a thing I refered to as "Sett's Bite" which was basically a 3 litre bottle of white lightening cider mixed with 4 cans of tennants super strength larger and a can of gold label barley wine. This would be around 5 litres of 9% snake bite... horrible taste but gets you oh sooo drunk.
I also liked "Summer Wines" which was vodka, port, sherry and pineapple juice 1:1:1:2 which could be used for a fruity punch if diluted with lemonade.
I don't drink anymore nowerdays...
