What biscuit was in the cookie jar when you were a kid?!


Question: What biscuit was in the cookie jar when you were a kid?
And has it changed? lol we always had hobnobs, i think because they were my mum's favourite :) i also remember chocolate Bourbons and pink panther wafers, now we have fig rolls (my mums new favourite) and oreos, and Maryland's cookies!!

then ther was Maryland cookies and fig rolls ( i liked them!)
then there was Oreos.... my very favourite.. and there was ALWAYS fingers!! haha

Cookies were mostly at my Grandma's place. She usually had Molasses cookies, Oatmeal Cookies or Chocolate Chips. Sometimes something she called split seconds (shortbread cookies with a dab of jam on top)

She always made her own cookies. My mom would buy oreos occasionally but my granbma always had home made ones



when i was a kid my mum used to make chocolate chip cookies...very nice.
now i but those viennese things with chocolate in the middle...very nice.

Fig rolls in the sixties. Can't stand them now so yes it has changed. Love m and s shortbread fingers.



Don't remember lol. all sorts, digestive biscuits, custard creams. we had pink panthers too.

just depened on what offers were on in store at the time tbh
