My sixteenth birthday is in the beginning of February. Where I live the weather is snowy, cold and very unpredictable (there may not be any snow or there may be lots)
- It has to be low key and not too expensive.
- I dont really like themes and no dance parties please
- Either 11 girls or around 20 guys and girls

If you Want Pick A normal Priced Cafe and Rent it
If u dont like Dance Parties then pick a normal cafe
U could make it in a Skating Area

oh mine is in feb too, i was gonna say rave party ;P like im trying to pull off but u don't like dancing partys... hmmm... where you live do they have ice skating rinks?

just have everyone over and play some kinect and eat pizza. or if you want to do something out, go snow tubing
