It sounds pretty tasty since it has an Italian flair! I don't think you need to change anything, but maybe you could have like a pizza bar. Put out all different toppings - different cheeses, meats, peppers, onions, olives, and then everyone could make their own. Or, just make an assortment of different ones, because there's always someone who doesn't eat meat, or doesn't like peppers, etc.
Maybe with the tomatoes and olives, you could put out some sliced mozzarella cheese, basil, olive oil and baslamic vinegar. That makes a really yummy salad!

sounds like you've got an Italian theme going! It's a great menu; lost of good food, very little mess. Only thing i might recommend is a little more "snack food" ~ maybe some pretzels or something, in case people want a little something lighter.
Sounds good to me, except that I was told that pregnant women shouldn't have caffeine. So you might want to try decaffeinated beverages.
